This fairline 40 Motor Yachts rear quarter cleat had been pulled completely away from the body structure, rendering it useless.

The complete area was cut away, strengthened and glassed back into place. Plenty of careful surface preparation ensured a smooth finish.

With the gel coat repaired and the aluminium furniture replaced the repair is hardly noticeable and the structure regains its integrity.
